Well we've established that you at least have some proficiency in using the mouse, and that you're not some brain dead individual, so lets get on with this page. 

This page was conceived primarily to introduce the personalities on the Sydney channel two, KUR02, Kurrajong Heights repeater.  Firstly, thanks have to go to Bill Brodie, the owner of the repeater.  As most of you are probably aware, UHF CB radio repeaters are by law, non profit and community orientated.  That said, Bill has put up his own time and money to supply the repeater for all of us who use it, so spare a thought for the man. Well done Bill.  Most of us do appreciate your efforts ( I did say MOST)...

Channel two, by it's very nature of being a UHF CB repeater is open to abuse, ratbags, ranting, raving, threats of violence, music playing, carrier dropping and a host of all other evils.  You name it, we've had it and always will.  However, channel two is unique in that there are many people out there who take all the crap on their chin and just want to have fun with radio.  We have nicknamed channel two as the 'love channel'.  A place where it doesn't matter who you are, you will have a voice... Well, unless you're from those listed above, then you won't be heard.

There are many personalities that make channel two what it is today.  Firstly, I have to introduce myself, 'cause this is my page and that's just the way it is.  I am Troy, otherwise known as 'God' or 'Radiolovegod', or LG and of course many variants thereof. I live in Windsor, a suburb in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. I operate from a home base station.  I run an ex commercial radio, a Kenwood TK801 through a home made 16 Element wide spaced yagi, on a Emotator 105T rotator.  My main interest in UHF CB is to have fun and spread the word of love. 

The whole love thing started out as a joke initially, however, it was amazing at how quickly the message of love took hold of the channel.  I recall that when I first got on the UHF I had a conversation with some brain dead, the guy and I just didn't gel, so we did what you do when on UHF and bagged each other out, I wanted to smash that cock so hard!!!!.  Things got pretty nasty and out of hand, so I turned the thing off and left it off for months.  When I got back on I heard the same guy on, so rather than get pissed off with him I did the opposite, I used reverse psychology and told the guy I loved him.  Man, the effect that it had on him was outstanding.  He was speechless.  So that's when I started abusing everyone with love and it really has taken off.  Anyway, some two and a half years later I am still killing people with love, although at times I tend to get pissed off and revert back, as you do.  God is just human!  Anyway, enough about me, click on the next hyperlink to take you on your quest for KUR02 enlightenment.  God bless you all, love one another, be kind and take the time to tell everyone that you love them.
